Single-component, ready-to-use grout with a special polyurethane-acrylate-based binder. For smooth, supple and brilliantly colored grouting of our wood mosaic tiles. Particularly suitable for our wood mosaic tiles due to its highly flexible properties and high flank adhesion. With the small dimensions of an individual wood mosaic, the swelling and shrinkage behavior can be neglected and can be fully compensated by the joint. This joint can also be used as a repair joint.

Particularly recommended for use in floor and wall areas and suitable for dry and damp rooms. Do not use in directly wet areas! Application in splash water areas is not a problem.

The joint color must be selected in the same color as the wood of the wood mosaic tile or darker.

Application:

The wood mosaic tiles are sealed with a UV oil surface.

Approx. 24 hours after gluing the WoodMosaicTile, the grout is rubbed evenly into the 2 mm joints of the WoodMosaicTile using the rubbing board (rubberized underside). After a short standing time of 5-10 minutes, the surface must be washed clean diagonally to the joint cut. Before washing off, emulsify the surface with the white pad or a viscose sponge, then wash off. The use of a viscose sponge and rapid washing improves the degree of joint filling. When washing off, make sure to use little water and do not leave a film of water on the surface and the joint.

Wait at least 48-72 hours until the surface can be covered.

Please note: Residual haze may remain on the surface of the wood mosaic tiles. These can be removed by damp cleaning after 12-24 hours with warm water or additionally with the help of GR701 basic cleaner.

Consumption of grout per m2:

- 1kg for 1m2 of wood mosaic tile 30x30

- 0.75kg for 1m2 of the 93x30 wood mosaic tile
