1.1 National shipping
We charge the following shipping costs for all deliveries within Germany:

For the shipment of goods to the following countries, the shipping costs depend on the total weight of the ordered items, which can be found in the following table.

2.1 National shipping
Your order will be shipped exclusively by DHL

2.2 International shipping
We ship within Germany as standard and also offer international shipping. A corresponding shipping table with all country specifications can be found under point 1.2. Should you require shipping to a country not listed, please send us an email to info@wodewa.de and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

3. payment options
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

1.1 Prepayment by bank transfer
You select payment in advance if you do not want to or cannot transfer the invoice amount via one of the other online payment options. Perhaps you do not have access to your PIN/TAN at the moment, do not have a credit card or do not like money transactions over the Internet. You can still place your order immediately and transfer the amount within three days to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. Please don't forget to include your order number and customer number so that we can securely allocate your payment. We will process your order as soon as we can confirm receipt of payment. In some cases, it takes two working days for the amount to be transferred from your bank to our account. We reserve your items for a full 7 days - enough time for you to pay in advance.

1.2 Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
Secure online payment with your Mastercard, VISA, Maestro or Amex - it's very easy. And because data security and your trust are extremely important to us, SSL encryption also offers maximum security when you pay by credit card: all order and credit card data is only transmitted to us in encrypted form using this method. We also work with the 3D Secure authentication process, which ensures that the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online retailer are involved in a transaction. If a credit card holder is registered with the 3D Secure process via one of the registration methods, they will be shown an input page from their bank during the payment process in the retailer's online store, where they enter their password. Only with the correct password, which is only known to your customer and his bank, will the payment be processed. With MasterCard, this solution is called "MasterCard Secure Code", with Visa "Verified by Visa". To pay by credit card, simply select "Credit card" as the payment method during the ordering process. You will then be asked to enter the following credit card details:

• Card type (Mastercard, VISA, Meastro, Amex)
• Name of the cardholder

• Check digit
• Period of validity
• Credit card password, if applicable

You will find the cardholder's name, card number and expiry date on the front of your credit card. The security code is a three-digit number (the last three digits of the number in the signature field) on the back of your credit card. This increases your payment security on the Internet. Your payment is made via a payment form on the Heidelpay payment platform. Heidelberger Payment GmbH is a bank-independent payment institution and service provider for secure payment transactions. As a partner of the banking industry, it undergoes regular security certifications and its working methods comply with the PCI security standard of VISA and MasterCard, so that you can pay securely online.

1.3 PayPal
PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that enables you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online stores.
PayPal is secure: your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. The payment is either debited from the credit card on file or from your account by direct debit.
PayPal is simple: you pay with two clicks. This is because you use the bank or credit card details you have stored with PayPal instead of having to enter them every time you make a purchase.
PayPal is fast: The seller receives a confirmation from PayPal immediately after payment and can send the goods to you quickly.
Use PayPal immediately:If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can set one up easily and free of charge within a few minutes.

PayPal Plus - Credit card
If the buyer has selected the credit card payment method, they do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after his legitimation as a legitimate cardholder by his credit card company at the request of PayPal and his card will be charged.

PayPal Plus - Direct Debit
If the buyer has selected the direct debit payment method, they do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, the buyer gives PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform the buyer of the date on which the account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and the buyer's account is debited.

PayPal Plus - purchase on account
If the buyer has selected the payment method purchase on account, the buyer does not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, the seller assigns his claim to PayPal. In this case, the buyer can only make payment to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy apply in addition to the seller's terms and conditions. PayPal Plus - payment by installments
The convenient and easy installment payment from PayPal offers you the possibility of 0% financing of your purchase from 99€ to 5000€.
If you have selected payment by installments as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after submitting your order. There you select the appropriate term of your installment payment according to your needs. You only need to enter your bank details and your date of birth. Address data will be taken from the data provided by wodewa in the checkout area (billing/delivery address).

1.4 Instant bank transfer
SOFORT Überweisung is one of the most secure payment systems on the Internet and is a multiple TÜV-certified payment method where you use your secure online banking.

1.5 Klarna Payments
Invoice:

Installment purchase:
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments according to the terms specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. Instant bank transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Direct debit:

Available in Germany. You will be debited after the goods or tickets have been dispatched / the service is available or, in the case of a subscription, in accordance with the communicated

Shop quickly and easily using the information stored in your Amazon customer account.

1.8 GiroPay
With giropay you can pay easily, quickly and securely: in the secure online banking of your bank or savings bank participating in giropay. Simply use your PIN and TAN from your online banking without any additional registration. For small amounts up to EUR 30, you can now pay without a TAN.

Apple Pay offers a convenient, secure and confidential method of payment with the Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad and Mac. (currently only available in Australia, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Spain and Russia)

1.10. iDeal
iDEAL is a payment method for secure online payments directly between bank accounts in the Netherlands. iDeal enables any Dutch visitor who has access to online banking at a participating Dutch bank to process their payment in this way. (only available in the Netherlands)
